Biography

Dr Alex Lang (Chiropractor) is EiraForma’s co-founder, lead chiropractor and Clinical Director.

Originally from the United Kingdom, Alex completed her Master of Chiropractic at AECC University College, graduating with First Class Honours. She brings more than 11 years of combined study, training and clinical experience to her work with the Mandurah community.

Alex’s approach begins with understanding the person in front of her: what they are experiencing, how it is affecting their life and what they want to get back to doing. Assessment and care are then shaped around those individual needs rather than following a fixed or predetermined pathway.

Depending on what is clinically appropriate, care may combine hands-on chiropractic treatment with movement, rehabilitation, dry needling, shockwave therapy, education and practical advice. Alex places particular importance on explaining findings clearly so patients can better understand their body, consider their options and participate confidently in decisions about their care.

She works with people across different ages, lifestyles and stages of life, including busy workers, active adults, families, pregnant women, older adults and those wanting to remain comfortable and capable in everyday life.

As Clinical Director, Alex helps shape EiraForma’s broader approach to care: calm, considered and collaborative, with every recommendation centred on the individual.

Professional Interests

Alex believes good healthcare should feel collaborative rather than prescriptive. She enjoys getting to know the person behind the appointment and understanding what they want from care, whether that means returning to an activity, keeping up with family, feeling more comfortable at work or moving with greater confidence.

Originally from the south coast of the United Kingdom, Alex now calls Mandurah home. After years of working in busy clinical environments, she created EiraForma to offer the kind of experience she values herself: calm, considered and personal, with time for people to feel heard, understand their options and participate confidently in their care.

Outside the clinic, Alex values an active lifestyle and the everyday routines that help people feel well, connected and capable. She brings that same practical, movement-focused perspective into the way she works with her patients.

The best care starts by understanding what matters to the person in front of you.
